A recent survey asked 2 000 adults to consider which issues would determine the way they bought food by the year 2030.

So what is the trend? 

More and more people think about healthy and environmental friendly options. Organic and vegetarian restaurants are growing in popularity. You might think, 14%, who is interested in vegan lifestyle, is negligible. Think it again, right now only 8% of world population is vegetarian, and 6% more shows interest. Close to double! 1.2 billion people. A fully grown market, isn't it?

The food industry is now offering organic menus featuring home-grown, pesticide-free herbs and vegetables. Some of the restaurants  let customers know where their vegetables and meats are sourced on the menu.
