Casual dining restaurants  usually serve customers at their table. The menu contains a variety of decent dishes with moderate price. Atmosphere is low-key, still, it can be a nice dining experience for less money.

The food they offer is often unhealthy: over processed and high in calories. They are popular, because the price is affordable (in the western world) and because of the speed. Ingredients in fast food restaurants are usually preheated or precooked. Food is then delivered over the counter — or through a drive-thru window.

Food stands are the simplest means ofeateries around the world. They normally specialize in a single type of food (e.g. sandwiches, hot dogs, ice cream).

A ghost restaurant or virtual restaurant only delivers food, which can be ordered online or through phone only. The menu is prepared in a kitchen and delivered by the company or a third-party service to the customer. These restaurants can save up to 30% on rent, maintenance, marketing and salary.  No wonder it becomes more and more popular.
