Sitting

Legs are spread

High level of confidence, showing power, either standing or sitting position. While closed legs are the sign of insecurity.

Crossing ankles

Restraint and hesitation. You are sitting at the doctor's office. She is asking uncomfortable questions, like whether you smoke and how often. You cross your ankles.

Crossing legs 

We cross our legs when we feel comfortable. If your partner switches position, he likes what you are saying.The sudden presence of someone we don’t like will cause us to uncross our legs.

Crossed legs with knee up

On the other hand, observe the knee position.  If the ankle is placed on the knee and the knee points at you, the person wants to defend himself from you.

Bouncing heels

It shows happiness, achievement, or receiving good news.
