6.7.14 The Wanderings of the Furry Flibbles
The Flibbles then found themselves in a lush wetland. “Look at all this water!” cheered Pip as they splashed through a marshy pond. The wetlands were full of interesting plants and tasty insects.
But the mud was sticky, and the Flibbles kept sinking into it. Mosquitoes swarmed around their big ears, making them twitch uncontrollably. “If one more bug bites me, I’m moving back to the machines!” grumbled Elder Wibble. They decided to move on.
Lesson from the Wetlands: Rich ecosystems can still be uncomfortable for certain creatures.
