We don't have enough water

We have a kitchen, but no water runs from the tap. Taps are dry mostly during the year. We have some running water only after the rainy season. Do you want to know how we get drinking water? A water truck comes 3 times a week.

Girls and women gather around the track and carry water to their homes in bowls. We are lucky, we don’t have to walk hours to get water. I saw a video about Africa. There are countries there where women get up at 3 am and walk kilometers to the well. They had to carry heavy bowls on their head. They arrive at home at noon. They spend  half of their lives getting water for their families.
