Part-time

Part-time: not doing something every day, or all day.

My mother works full-time. She goes to the factory every day at nine o'clock and comes home in the afternoon, at six o'clock.

My brother works part-time in the same factory, because he is a student. He goes to the university every day until 3 p.m., then he works in the factory, but only two hours a day. He is a part-time worker.

Mothers who have small kids usually work part-time.

Part-time jobs don't pay much, but it is a good pocket money for students.

Part of my time I read books in English.
