Two snails sat in front of the garden. It was the first day of the spring, a wonderful morning. The Sun was warm.

'I love the sun', said the smaller snail.

'Me too', said the bigger snail. 'It would be nice to have a piece of sun, just for ourselves.'

'Great. Let's go and get a piece of sun.'

'But how?'

'It doesn't look very far. Let's climb that tree. The sun is at the top of the tree.'

So the snails started to climb the tree. They climbed very slowly, after all they were snails. They climbed at noon, they climbed in the afternoon. It took a long, long time to get to the top of the tree. They looked around. The sun was going down. It was dark soon.

The two snails were very sad. They climbed down the tree.

Next day they tried again, but the sun was faster than they were.

On the third day the bigger snail said, 'I don't think we can get a piece of sun. Let's enjoy the sun in our garden'.
