Chapter 2 - Part 2

After a while the doctor learned the language of the animals so well that he gave up being a people’s doctor. Old women brought their loved dogs and cats to him. One day a farmer brought his horse to the doctor. John asked the horse what was wrong with him. The horse was happy that someone understood him. He said the other doctor gave him pills, but he just needs glasses, his eyesight was very poor. John got a fine big pair of glasses for the horse and he could see well.

When the animals found out that he could talk their language, they told him where the pain was and how they felt. Of course, it was easy for John to treat them. The animals spread the news that the doctor spoke their language and even wild animals came when they were in trouble. The doctor’s garden was always full of animals. He became famous.
