2.4.14 In the Supermarket

Our supermarket is a big shop, next to our house. I walk there. I take a trolley. I put fruits, vegetables, a litre of milk, half a kilo of  bread and eggs into the trolley.

I buy a box of tissue, and some paper plates, too.

I have cash but I want to pay with a bank card. The cashier takes my card. I do not see how much money I have on the card. The cashier says, I do not have enough money on the card. I pay with cash.
I have a shopping bag with me. I can fold it into a small piece. I put the shopping into my bag.

  • What is your story in the supermarket?
  • Do you go to a big supermarket? To an old or a new one?
  • Is it clean or dirty?
  • What can you buy there? Can you buy toys? Newspapers? Tissue?
  • Are they cheap or expensive?
  • Do you have your own bag?
