Foreigner

My friend, Joe, is a foreigner. He was born in Europe, not in India. I was born in India, I am not a foreigner in India. I have an Indian passport. He has a British passport. When Joe goes home, he is not a foreigner there. When I go to see him in Europe, I am a foreigner. There are many foreigners here, where I live.
