One dark night, Larry the cat walked out of the house and got lost under the trees. There were hundreds of apple trees behind the house. The cat walked around, trying to find the direction back to the house.  He was afraid of the dark trees.

Then, in front of him, a dark animal turned up. Larry started to run, but it was only a rabbit.

As he walked, he saw something at the side of a piece of rock. It was a golden key! "Maybe this can help me find my way home," Larry thought.

He stood on the rock to see better, but on the top of the rock it was too dark to see the house.

He walked so much and he got tired.  He saw a small cave under some rocks. He went inside, hoping to find a place to sleep. It was warm, but not the home he wanted.

As he sat in the cave, he heard someone behind him, in front of the cave. He turned to see... his man friend, Sam! Larry ran out of the cave and greeted Sam, who put him between his arms, taking him back home. Larry was happy to be home at last.
