Two friends planned on going on holiday and they decided to book a hotel. They did it online. One hotel, called The Big Elephant, looked funny.  In the picture there was an elephant in front of it. The friends booked the hotel, and they received an email about it.

When they arrived at the hotel, they were surprised to see that the receptionist was in fact an elephant. One of the friends asked the elephant if the booking was OK. The elephant checked his book and said, yes. He gave the room keys to the friends.

  • Have you ever booked anything, for example a hotel room, or a cinema ticket?
