The more money a country spends on health, the more hospitals and doctors it has.
In poor countries people have to wait for hours, sometimes for days to get into a hospital. The doctors don't have enough beds, pills and thermometers. The hospitals don't have enough doctors and nurses. Sometimes the hospitals are dirty and messy.
